Guide students and parents through admissions, documentation, fee-related queries, and enrollment. Maintain lead records, update CRM systems, and work towards enrollment targets. Build strong relationships with prospects while delivering a positive counselling experience. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, educational sales, or customer engagement. Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-management skills. Experience in education or EdTech is preferred. Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
